Kalm provides written psychic readings across a range of reading types — including love, tarot, career, money, life path, dream analysis, astrology, and more. When you submit a question, we match it to one of our psychics, who prepares a personal written reading and delivers it to your private Kalm account.
Kalm runs on credits, where one credit is equal to $1. Different readings cost different amounts of credits, and the cost is always shown before you confirm. You can top up credits at any time from your dashboard, and any credits you don't use stay in your account.
3. Payment and Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment gateways. Pricing details are available on the website and are subject to change at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date.
4. Refund Policy
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee: Your happiness matters to us. If you're not happy with a reading, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll do everything we can to make it right. 5. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or while using the services.
- Use the services in a manner that harms or disrupts the experience for other users.
